about me

Hi I'm Lindsey! I am a queer, Indigenous mama & wife, and certified babywearing educator & consultant through the Center for Babywearing Studies (CBWS).

I knew as soon as I got pregnant that I wanted to babywear, and absolutely fell in love with wearing my little guy as a newborn. It was such a sweet connection that felt so healing after a pretty tough transition to motherhood. My love for babywearing continued to grow as he did! I became known as ‘the babywearing person’ at my weekly postpartum group and started helping friends with their carriers, as well as letting them try my ever growing assortment. One of our wonderful midwives suggested getting my certification so I could do consultations & teach formally, and now here I am!

I love supporting families along their own unique babywearing journeys! It is such an honor to be there in those tender moments - it's about so much more than just fit, comfort or safety. It's about building confidence, connection & closeness. There truly is a little bit of magic in babywearing!
